Dear colleagues,
I used the Brand experience data reduction in SPSS to receive 3 dimensions instead of 4 proposed by Brakus et al. (2009). Thus, two dimensions are merged.
Hot question: is it better to proceed in SEM modeling with first order variables as produced in SPSS OR to proceed with 2nd order process?
Is it a justified practice to do the 2nd order in case the original sub-dimensions are not in line with the main body of research?
