I intend to start a phd in the next year. My research interests are related to the food tourism, agritourism, rural tourism, sustainable tourism development, tourists experience and memorable tourists experiences. I'm currently starting writing my proposal. Is it an interesting and a current topic for a phd nowadays a combination of the theory of regenerative tourism, tourists experience and doughnuts economics?
There could be a wide range of topics like
i)Intricacies & Nuances of handling tourists in rural tourism/ Agri tourism
ii) A critical study for developing sustainable tourism development and building tourist expectations.
