The best way is simply to make media with the composition we are interested in, adding each ingredient and without adding NaCl at the same time. E.g. modified BHI broth:

- beef heart (infusion from 250g), 5 g/L

- calf brains (infusion from 200g), 12.5 g/L

- disodium hydrogen phosphate, 2.5 g/L

- D(+)-glucose, 2 g/L

- peptone, 10 g/L

- WITHOUT: sodium chloride, 5 g/L

it depends on what you want to culture. For E. coli you can try LB broth with low/no salt:

15g/L Agar, 10g/L Tryptone, 5g/L Yeast Extract, (0.5g/L NaCl)

Yes.I agreed with Justyna Agier. You can use any culture media for culture of your organism without adding of any salt. Salts requires for maintain osmotic balance. But it may not essential for them always. I think you cannot purchase these type of medias.But, you can prepared manually this type of media.
