They believe this gives them a predictability and by applying their empirical experience inndeslibg with real persona of similar persona, they can manage the class better.

I believe that the teacher should employ entertaining strategies with interactive resources where students interact with the resources and materials that allow cooperative work, the construction of knowledge, I do not see the need to have a person with psychological role, because the strategy and resources should be sufficient to achieve participation and learning in students.
