RT-qPCR samples: storing plates in fridge, how much time?

By mistake I prepared two RT-qPCR plates for analysis and must wait 10days for the device technician to come back. I've stored the samples in the fridge, but I'm afraid it would be some level of decay... Should I repeat the samples or maybe the analysis could be done despite the time?
