Hello,
I actually use RIPA buffer for my protein extractioon by adding protease inhibitors and phosphatase inhibitor. But the researcher who tough me how to extract proteins told me to use RIPA at 2X (so by diluting the ready to use RIPA buffer after adding the inhibitors) is it ok? or it's better to keep the original 10x concentration ?

10X is concentrated stock. For several proteins 1X is also enough. So, you can definitely dilute it for 2X add protease inhibitors and use it
