I am working with these two papers:

Article Six Amino Acid Residues in a 1200 Å2 Interface Mediate Bindi...

Article Antigenicity of putative phospholipid membrane-binding resid...

One is measuring affinity using SPR the other one Bethesda assay.

In figure 4 of the "Antigenicity of putative..." paper it is reported that F2200L binds stronger (has a lower Bethesda titer) to the antibody BO2C11 than the WT. I would like to relate this measurement to the KD value of M2199A of the SPR paper (Six amino acids ...). Is there a way to know if F2200L or M2199A has the lower affinity?
