How could we apply different substrates' stiffness during stem cell differentiation?
Maybe we need different stiffness of the culture's dish during the cell culture to create a specific differentiation in the stem cell.
I couldn't find an article about regulating stiffness during cell culturing. Cause most of the articles focus on different substrates' stiffness before starting the cell culture. But perhaps to make the specific mature cells, we'd apply types of substrate stiffness.
