We have been using PC-3 and LNCaP cell lines for negative and positive PSMA expression controls. The LNCaP cells are not the ideal because they grow slowly and don't form an adherent monolayer. What alternative cancer cell lines have high PSMA expression and are easy to work with?

If you go to ExPressionAtlas, select PSMA, look only at cell line data and high expression:

you can see that surprisingly, it is an ovarian adenocarcinoma cell line, JHOS-4, which seem to be highly expressing PSMA.
