Hi!, we are trying to establishing at our lab the cyclosporine immunosuppressed model in rat pups, nevertheless, all the rat pups have died 3-4 days after the intraperitoneal or subdermal cyclosporine delivery (10mg/kkg), even under maternal care. Do you have any recommendations or have some of you have dealt with the same issue?
