Hello,
I worked on a previous study where we gave mice cyclosporine A in their drinking water for immunosuppression. We originally dissolved 1g CsA in 10mL of ethanol then added 2mL of the solution to 1000mL of water on a hot plate, and the water was murky at best with some CsA precipitate present. I'm trying to find a way to fully dissolve cyclosporine A in the water using a co-solvent or surfactant, does anybody have experience with this and/or a method to do this? Any suggestion is welcome!
