I want to ask if some of you have done xenograft transplant of tumour from breast cancer cell line in rat?
And how about the tumour xenograft transplant in drug induced immunosuppressed rat ?
Is it possible?
I found one of the paper that described immunosuppression method for rat

Look at some of the commercial xenografts available on the market (http://altogenlabs.com/xenograft-models/breast-cancer-xenograft/) and see what kind of mice they use. Usually already immunodeficient mice are used, and that helps prevent any kind of regression after the tumor has initially formed. I haven't heard much about inducing immunodeficiency in mice, but it might work if you follow established protocols.

CSCs xenograft transplant of tumour from breast cancer cell line in rat should be fine in a drug induced model, I know a it for prostate CSCs.

I'm planning to modifies the methods of inducing the immunosuppressed rat that is described in the "An Improved and Versatile Immunosuppression Protocol for the Development of Tumor Xenograft in Mice" .
For Mr. Abdul may I ask about the method which are used previously?
It would be nice if there are some references.
