Hello,

I'll need to quantify, somehow, the SHG (second harmonic generation) signal within collagen fibres and TPEF (two-photons excited fluorescence) signal within elastic fibres. 

Does anyone have any idea how to do this? Is there a methods/model or something which can be used? Basically I'll need to quantify these in order to compare collagen and elastin as a function of age (I'll measure it in different ages).

Please, does anyone have suggestions?
