Hello everyone! I need a hint to quantify DPPIV released from adipocytes in cell culture medium by ELISA. The kit I use is very sensitive (60 pg/mL), but anyway the values are quite low. It does not seem that the medium had any matrix effects as I tried preparing the standards in DMEM. Do you think that an addition of protease inhibitors or reduction of the medium volume will help? What else might be beneficial? I appreciate your answers highly! Thanks in advance!
