Since the mid of August, all correspondence with Publons is managed by Clarivate (the acquirer). Moreover, all non members of the Web of Science will not be able to reach to the different statistics about reviews records, comparisons with institutions, comparisons with others,.... And it seems that non-members have to pay a fee to be members and use such statistics that were for free. This leaves us with certain questions including "Will you continue to submit reviews if you are not a member of the web of science?" Knowing that you can manage your own records only.
Thank you Mariam for your input. In reality, the process was fair when Publons called unto all reviewers worldwide to report their reviews, but when it later changed its vision toward serving the web of science's purposes hoping to be sold in the future, and this is what happened. No more Publons but Web of Science under Clarivate. It is known that the Web of Science does not deal with all open access journals...

This is the case of keeping the elite clustered in specific applications.
Clarivate as a leader in its trade will soon be looking for Researchgate after the acquisition of Publons.
I think ResearchGate's performance is being monitored and not for long will be approached to sell.
