My PhD thesis subject is related to Actinobacteria strains alkane degradation abilities and I was recently trying to verify the functionality of one of my strains alkB gene in alkB1 deletion mutant strain, Pseudomonas  fluorescens (protegens) KOB2∆1.

For this I am currently looking for

Pseudomonas fluorescens KOB2∆1 mutant of the wild, corresponding Pseudomonas fluorescens (protegens) CHA0.

I have it from the laboratory I was working in but something went wrong and the experiments are not working.

As a consequence I am trying to find this KOB2∆1 mutant in another laboratory.

Can someone help in this matter?
