Protocols to separate or isolate protein aggregates from cell culture media and Bio fluids?

I am working in the neurovegetative diseases. I want to isolate the extracellular protein aggregates from the cell culture media, serum, and Plasma. I have done it with cells and tissues before, but I wonder anybody has protocol for this.

Question is Are there any protocols to separate or isolate protein aggregates from Cell culture media, Serum, or plasma?

Please let me know. Thanks.
