Hi all,

I have been trying to show changes in protein expression of my target after gapmer treatment. I used multiple gapmer ASOs and sirnas for my target. while all can reduce mRNA expression by more than 80-90%, protein level does not change on day 2 and day 3. Is there anyone experiencing the same issue or observing protein knockdown? thanks
