Proteasome degradation of p27

I'd like to ask is there any methods that I can confirm that the proteosomal system for p27 degradation in my diseased cells is malfunction, I already cultured the cells with epoxomicin and used western blot for analysis of p27 expression and it significantly degraded

How can I check if the degradation system is not working well?
