Could you please tell me that how one can plot the deformed CAD model in Isogeometric analysis after getting the displacement of x and y dofs of each control points.
Litrature directs that, post-processing in IGA is similar to finite elemenet analysis. I tried to do so but facing the problem while plotting the deformed shape of an objet (e.g. beam of plate). GeoPDE utilizes the Paraview to get the deformed shape. Isn't there a conventional way to do so as we do in finite element analysis.

Dear Vishal A. even though i didn't tha , i think it is possible to plot as line graph if you get already the x and y values , just use excel to plot or origion software.
i working on IGA and i want know what is the difference between open knot vectro and periodic knot vector? which one is good for problem and why?

First one is for open knot vector and second image shows you a periodic knot vector.

if you have a tool to visualize your initial CAD model, or geometry, than you could do the following: produce a new geometry by using the original B-Spline basis (or NURBS, or whatever kind of splines you are using) with the new control points. Those control points you get by adding displacement DoFs to the corresponding control points of the initial geometry. The resulting geometry you can visualize in the same way as your initial one.
That would be "the true IGA way". But of course you could also just sample your geometry and the displacement field and send it to Paraview to do the job.

I am stick to the Matlab programming environment and currently is able to perform the plotting of un-deformed/deformed shape of IGA constructed geometry. But, thanks for your answer.
