Can someone explain the exact procedure for pooled data analysis in Factorial RBD. For instance, we conducted a factorial experiment for two years and after performing F-test we came to know the variances are homogeneous and there is no significant difference between 1st and 2st of the experiment.

In such a situation can we do pooled analysis based on average of two years or should follow some other procedures?
