I have an oligonucleotide pair, that I´ve already standarized. But now, when I do the analysis again, the amplification has inconsistents. Sometimes positive control amplified, and sometimes not. Also sometimes samples that should not amplify, do it. All the tests are performed under the same conditions, same DNA and thermalcycler.

It is hard to diagnose such a problem from a distance, but if you are getting inconsistent results with your positive control then it sounds like some sort of procedural problem. Maybe your pipets are not calibrated and you are getting high variation in quantities being added to the reactions, or things aren't being mixed well.
