I am using Gaussian 09 (windows). The problem has generated over last few days. Whenever I submit the job, it is immediately deleted with no error message and the output file is empty. The Check-route creates a msg that 'the file cannot be specified'. The input file and script is given below.

(This file ran well in another terminal, no problem with basis set etc)

Dear Dr. Gangopadhyay,
I do not know, till now, your problem has been solved or not. But probably, such problem can be solved by changing your checkpoint file address, for example, by changing the destination from C: to other drive. You may try this.
