I am not getting Autodock Vina result which is showing "Configuration file parse error: multiple_occuerences" and "Command line parse error: too many positional options"
I have all my ligands in PDBQT format and receptor in the same folder. I am attaching my configuration and perl script file (as doc, pl cannot be uploaded) and screenshot of errors. Please help me out. Thank you.
Hi Rupali, after checking your attached files, I'll still like to ask for the following (so as to further asdist you with your quest):
1) Kindly provide a clear screenshot of your working directory (the vina folder where you have your ligands and protein in .pdbqt)
2) A clear screenshot of your perl script (it's possible you're using the wrong script).
3) What method was used in preparing your ligands and protein to pdbqt?
Hi Rupali Dhingra I hope this has been resolved for you, otherwise, you can try to follow the procedures in the following link for single ligand docking as well as for multiple ligands docking using autodock VINA. There are also other methods, but I think this one is also good and easy to follow. Thanks to Jitesh Doshi.
