Thanks Segun for your help, but I am looking for a water based primer that dry with IR dryer. The method of printing for primer is Flexo and then an inkjet method print the ink, Finally a layer of varnish print on the ink by flexo method. Please let me know if you know more about water based primer that dry with IR.

Probably you can try out with water based polyurethane as primer too..
