I have been trying to optimize LAMP assay using HNB dye (620.48 M.W.). However, I was unable to make any difference in color in the positive and negative controls. Please tell me the exact protocol for preparing master stock of HNB dye. Thank you

Thank you Jai Ghosh. But I have used the same protocol for the preparation of reagents. I couldn't observe any color change. I have used 0.93 g/ mL of HNB dye for preparation of 3mM stock. Is my calculation correct? Thank you
