Good day, my culture was mesophile and anaerobic. May I know which plate will be suitable for it? Thank you.
Pour plate.
If you have an anaerobic chamber you can also use spread plate. Incubate in anaerobic jar.
For SRBs semisolid Postgate E medium in Bijou bottles is used.
Robert Thomas Bachmann thanks, may I know how about the selection of plate for facultative anaerobes and mesophile?
In the case of facultative bacteria both spread plate and pour plate should be ok. Just ensure you incubate at ~35°C.
