Does anyone know of an antibody that can be used for immunohistochemistry on paraffin embedded sections that reacts with porcine cells but not rabbit cells? We need to prove that the porcine cells we transplanted into the rabbit are still there and haven't been replaced by the host cells. With hindsight we probably should of tagged them but we got an unexpected result so didn't think it would be necessary!
