The nanocomposites are usually multiphasic materials that contain nanoparticles in the matrix of host materials. You can get the standard XRD database of individual phases but not of the nanocomposites as a whole; therefore, you can correlate the TEM images with the respective phases. You can find the standard XRD databases at http://www.crystallography.net/cod/ (free of cost), https://www.icdd.com/, or any journal papers.

Every nanocompsite is a unique material with unique characteristics unless you prepared the same nanocompsite with the same procedure and conditions. However, each component in the nanocompsite has its own characteristics which could be correlated and identified in the nanocompsite.
