ATCC suggests a 1:1 mixture of Eagle's MEM and F12 with 10% FBS, I don't have any experioence with these cells but their suggestions are usually good.

I use RPMI (Roswell Park Memorial Institute) 1640 medium containing 2 mM glutamine and supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum, 1% sodium pyruvate and 1% antibiotic mixture (penicillin-streptomycin-amphotericin. You could supplementes with 1% nonessential amino acids.

Hi Lucas. I use FBS + 10% DMSO for freezing. If you want to use the medium, you can use the same one you use for cell culture (DMEM-F12 is the optimum) + 10% FBS + 10% DMSO.
