I find out following gene encoded proteins during genome analysis of newly isolated phage from sewage water :"putative endolysin , putative head protein , putative portal protein , putative terminase large subunit , putative superinfection immunity protein, putative transcriptional regulator , Recombinational DNA repair protein RecT (prophage associated) , putative nucleoside triphosphate pyrophosphohydrolase , putative tail fiber protein , putative baseplate J-like protein , putative baseplate assembly protein , putative tail-fiber/lysozyme protein , putative RNA polymerase , putative capsid protein". so what will you suggest it will come under lysogenic or lytic category? And can we use it in in vivo trials as therapeutic?
