PDMS Mold Softens again at Temp obove 100°C?

Dear Fellows,

we are facing a curious Problem with our Sylgard 184 molds:

Apparently the cured PDMS softens again, after heating the sample above 100°C.

What could cause the problem?

Preparation:

- Mixing PDMS/Curing Agent 10:1

- Bubble Removing in Desiccator

- Curing in Oven at 80°C for 2hrs
