I have a superdex 75 Increase 10/300GL. I have attached this column to the FPLC several times but today i got a error for high pressure and the FPLC shuts down. I noticed some leakage at the top of the column so i made sure that the lines were correctly connected. I always my column overflows before putting my line in so not to introduce air. This time the column was not over flowing. Did my column dried up while in the fridge? and if so can i still rescue it?

Instead of connecting the "suspect" column to the system, connect a properly sized restriction line to the flow path, then troubleshoot for obstructions or issues.
What flow rate did you use in the past on this column? what solvents did you use?
Follow William Letter 's advice above, and make sure it is truly the column causing problems.
These columns are supposed to be run at only around 0.8 mL/min. Running the column at higher flow rates may have compressed the bed, causing higher back pressure. Also, make sure nothing precipitated at the head of the column. You should filter anything before loading it.
