PCR for NEIL3 gene?

HI guys,

I have been trying to amplify NEIL3 gene in HCT116 and HT29 cells but no luck. I amplified GAPDH successfully but not NEIL3. Please has anyone had luck with NEIL3, if they can suggest primers and cycling parameters?

Hi Abraham, a number of cumpanies such as BioRad and Qiagen offer primers, there are also a number of publications for example Rolseth V. et al. (2013) BBA Mol. Cell Res.1833, (5) 1157–1164 (http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0167488913000050) where they have shown the primer sequences in the publication. If you are still having problems, I can recommend TATAA primers as Mikael suggests.
