Does anyone know what media to put keratinocytes in with PBMCs? what if I co-culture KCs and PBMCs together for 24 hours? I am interested in looking at keratinocyte mortality but am worried that they will not survive.

I'm thinking about using DMEM + 10% Fetal calf serum for 24hrs.

any ideas?
