As part of my BA (Hons) Business Psychology I am undertaking a research study entitled “To what extent does Leader Member Exchange (LMX) affect organisational identification in the UK HEI sector, where multiple foci of commitment exist?”, and am looking for participants to complete a short online questionnaire.
