I'm getting an error while running adcp that occurs soon after warnings stating that adcp cannot locate any of the map files. However, the adcp command I'm running is pointing to a complete .trg file that contains all the maps. I followed the steps for adcp as written here: https://ccsb.scripps.edu/adcp/tutorial-redocking/
I'm having trouble consistently reproducing this error: sometimes, when I perform the steps as shown in the link above, I get this error, but in other cases every step works fine. In every case, the .trg file seems to contain all the maps so I'm not sure why the error is being thrown occassionally.
Doing this all on a cluster and calling the commands with snakemake if it's relevant.
