Does anyone know if there is an inhibitor cocktail that will block all (or at least most) serine/threonine phophatase activity in cells? Ideally I'd like to be able to pretreat cells to increase the pool of phospho-proteins within the cell then lyse the cells and preform pull-down assays to see if my phopho-protein of interest shows differential binding to a known substrate.
