How can we interpret these data:
1st case
a significant decrease in MDA, H2o2 and a significant increase in SOD, while GSH and NO are not changed
2nd case
A significant decrease in No, H2o2o, and a significant increase in SOD, while MDA and H2o2 are not changed?
Both the cases indicates decrease in oxidative stress. It is also important that you used cells or serum for estimation of these bio markers to explain your result in a better way. Some base line levels of oxidative stress markers are required for basic immunological functions which remains unchanged in healthy objects.

in oxidative stress level of MDA and H2O2 increased and CAT, SOD, GSH, total thiol content, MPx and other antioxidants decreased. in this condition NO convert to RNS and promotes the oxidative stress.
