I am an Iranian researcher that currently does research on organizational culture, which used Robbin's scale of ten subscales (including Innovation, Risk-taking, Leadership, Integration, Management support, Control, Identity, and Reward system, Compromise with conflicts, Communication patterns) from Robbins. I don't have the original version but used the Persian version. I will be appreciated the experts in the organizational culture who know this scale to give some guidance about the existence of the English version and how can I get it.

Based on the reply to my email requesting the scale from professor Cameron, he hasn't developed the scale I referenced and developed another culture assessment that is not similar to the one I have used.

The scale you suggested is based on the work of Stephen P. Robbins, but there is no definitive version. The English version can be found in Robbins' book "Organizational Behavior" Robbins, S. P., & Judge, T. (2009). Organizational behavior. Pearson South Africa.
Alternatively, for your research, consider using other well-established tools such as the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) or the Denison Organizational Culture Survey.
