I want to use Palbociclib in vivo and if in References is said how they diluted, they give you Lactate Buffer (50mM, pH4) as indication.
1) Do I have to care about DL isomers?
2) Could the pH create a problem over long term administration ?
One supplier writes I can also dissolve in water..... without loosing solubility. So why would researcher dilute it in Sodium Lactate ?

...I actually thought now about another point, I am not a chemical expert, but if Lactate Buffer is pH4 and I dissolve the Palbo in it, could be that it turns neutral pH ?
And if in that case i dissolve it directly in H2O like the supplier says is basic ?
And this for curiousity: do I have to consider that Lactate is metabolised and used to substitute Glucose ? So if you give your animal a certain diet you should consider that ? I might have to do that in the future.....
