Can you move immunofluorescence suspension sample?

I was wondering if you can move immunofluorescence ready sample that is in the form of suspension on 96-well plate to another well plate. Is that possible?

Why not? Use a multichannel pipette, carefully resuspend the cells, and make sure you transfer the entire suspension to the new plate.
