Hi everyone!

I was performing some immunofluorescence using SW480 colorectal cancer cell line and after KO of a specific gene (that we hypothesize it is a tumor suppressor), we observed nuclear E-cadherin like in the image.

There are some roles of nuclear E-cadherin already described but, is it possible to observe such pattern? have anyone some comments regarding nuclear E-cadherin or have you ever got similar results?

Thank you in advance!

Diego
