Hi everyone,

I am culturing colorectal cancer organoids (Control and Experimental) and I observe a faster growing (number and size of organoids) in experimental condition.

Now the question is, this faster growth is only associated with proliferation of these cells or it is possible also to relate this result with tumorigenic potencial?

I ask this because I think if they are growing in Cultrex RGF BME and I see a higher number of organoids, it suggests a possible higher ability of these cells to move through this matrix composed of laminin, collagen and other proteins.

What do you think? Any comments are welcome!

Diego
