Hello! I intended to measure the differential expression of three proteins of the same family before and after a stimulus, but i don't know which is the most suitable or reliable method to do so. I've read other Q&As suggesting both northern blot and pcr though I'm not what is the best technic for this specific case.
I hope someone can help here.

RT-PCR is more sensitive, modern, and safer because the northern blot uses fragments tagged with radioactive elements.

RT PCR or Western blotting
RT PCR or real time qPCR is more straight forward and more accurate than Northern blotting but Western blotting will measure protein levels directly
PCR will not really answer your question in any meaningful way
