Need standard solution apparatus for quercetin, catechin and rutin ?? using solvent distilled water shall be evaporated excess from extract for hplc?

The dilution of standard solution shall include methanol or ethanol only... is there best recommendation for it? My raw material is durian shell. Also, using solvent as distilled water shall be evaporated excess of it from extract before proceeding to hplc?...... or since universal, no need to evaporate using rotary evaporator??
