I want to clone IPTG inducible promoter upstream a gene. Is there any advice how can i do it. some people have used rrnB ti terminators upstream to lacOid and lacI gene for tight expression. I want to know how simply i can clone IPTG inducbile promoter. template for its amplification and where i can get its complete sequence  and features etc.

or any suggestion for any other promoter like arabinose will also be welcomed. I can not use the commercialy available ITPG or arb inducible expression vector due to limitation of the host (listeria monocytogene).
