Hi all!

I've using for a long time a construct based on EGFP to overexpress N-Cadherin. Here's the issue, althought I'm supposed to isolate EGFP+ cells (with N-Cadherin expression) by Cell Shorting, I wasn't. That's why I decided to change my plasmid. I only found pCMV6-NCadherin as NCadherin expression vectors and I can't use that plasmid (or another one with the same Neomycin selection) because I want to do a double transfection to overexpress another protein.

So, do you know/use a NCadherin expression vector with an antibody selection different than Neomycin?
