It would depend on the measures of effect presented in the papers you have found in the systematic review, I would think. I'm not familiar with management studies literature at all -- what do you have there? Regression betas, Pearson correlations, something else?
Would you specify more of the topic, scope, and parameters you want to observe? Your question is too broad. There are so many kind of Meta-analysis that has been done before in various subjects.
In meta-analysis for management studies, there's no one-size-fits-all model, but there are steps to follow:
1. Define the Question
2. Gather Studies
3. Assess Studies
4. Combine Results
5. Interpret Findings
Example : For instance, imagine studying different leadership styles in businesses. You'd collect various studies, check their quality, combine their findings, and figure out what they collectively reveal about effective leadership in business.
