Hi every body,could any one tell me the protocle of transfection of exosome by MicroRNA by lipofectamin?i mean the direct method for transfection of exosome .

Introduction of nucleic acids into purified vesicles, including exosomes, is straight forward. One could use electroporation, which gives higher efficiency. The other would be nucleofection, which requires a similar nucleofection equipment.
